401K Retirement Savings

We provide the opportunity for our employees to participate in a 401(k) Retirement Plan. We also offer a voluntary matching contribution of 50% of the employee’s deferral amount up to a set maximum amount.

Medical Insurance

We offer medical insurance coverage that is heavily subsidized by the company to keep the employee paid portion as low as possible. We offer three different plan options with low-cost employee-only coverage, and reasonably priced spouse, child, and family coverages.

Dental

We offer two dental insurance coverage plans to choose from. One offers both in-network and out of network benefits and the other offers only in-network benefits. Coverage is available for employee, spouse, children, or the whole family.

Vision

We offer vision insurance coverage with both in-network and out of network benefits including annual eye examinations, glasses, frames, and contact lenses. Coverage is available for employee, spouse, children or the whole family.

Life and Disability Insurance

We offer group term life insurance paid for entirely by the company. We also offer employees the option of adding life and/or disability insurance for themselves and family members.

PTO is available to cover vacations, personal days, and family time, ensuring you have the support to balance work and life. Survey Department Manager

A Professional Survey Manager oversees the Surveying Team(s) assigned to them. This team is comprised of Survey Party Chief(s), Instrument Operator(s), Survey Field Crew(s) and Cad Technicians (for drafting) This person serves as a liaison between the clients and the principals within our organization and will also be responsible for making an effort to communicate the firm’s capabilities to potential clients. Additionally, this person will be responsible for reviewing Survey Plans and the Billing for the same.

Senior Survey Project Manager

A Senior Survey Project Manager Applies administrative, technical, and managerial techniques to assigned projects to ensure successful and timely completion within the allocated budget. This position may include direct supervisory responsibility of staff to include hiring decisions, direction and delegation of work assignments, performance and evaluation, training and development, employee relations and disciplinary issues, compensation, and termination decisions.

Survey Project Manager

A Survey Project Manager Perform’s administrative and technical coordination of projects and field crews to ensure successful project completion, on time and within allocated budget. Assist with the marketing of the firm’s capabilities to identify and establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. Consult and coordinate with clients and contractors, as well as other internal departments such as engineering and planning, to meet project requirements.

Project Surveyor

A Project Surveyor executes through administration, technical, and management techniques on multiple surveying projects to ensure the successful completion, on time, and within allocated budget. Assist with the marketing of the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships. Operate and maintain a variety of surveying equipment, instruments, and software, including robotic total stations, global positioning systems, data collection devices, and point processing software.

Senior Survey CAD Technician

A Senior CAD Technician is responsible for the AutoCAD drafting of the topographic, utility, Right-of-Way, Boundary and ALTA surveys for various types of commercial, industrial, and residential site projects throughout regions where we provide professional services. Projects include working with several Fortune 500 companies, as well as working with local and regional developers with varying degrees of complexity.

Survey CAD Technician III

A Survey CAD Technician works with management to prepare and finalize project deliverables and contract documents in accordance with the company standards, municipal / jurisdictional requirements, survey standards, and client requirements. Responsible for the AutoCAD drafting of the topographic, utility, Right-of-Way, Boundary and ALTA surveys for various types of commercial, industrial, and residential site projects throughout regions where we provide professional services.

Survey CAD Technician II

A Survey CAD Technician assists in the preparation of project deliverables and contract documents in accordance with the company design standards and client requirements. Gain a thorough knowledge of ALTA Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, residential and commercial construction stakeout procedures, and practices. Perform a variety of complex computations for traverse, record plats, boundary surveys, construction stakeouts, horizontal control, etc.

Survey Instrument Operator

A Survey Instrument Operator Operate’s survey instruments and perform surveys as directed by management. Work as a member of a survey crew performing boundary, topography, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys for public and private clients. Set-up and operate survey equipment, including total-station, data-collector, level, and GPS.

Fielder I

A Fielder I works with management to prepare and finalize project deliverables and contract documents in accordance with the company standards, municipal / jurisdictional requirements, survey standards, and client requirements.

Survey Party Chief

A Survey Party Chief performs a variety of field tasks associated with surveying & geospatial data collection. Provide day-to-day supervision of assigned survey field crew on quality and survey methodology, including training and mentoring of junior level employees. Gather all necessary information needed to properly conduct the survey in the most time efficient manner and assign tasks to crew members.

CAD Drafter I

A Cad Drafter I serves as drafting support for one account within the company. The individual is refining drafting skills and knowledge, while acquiring an understanding Records Research Documents, Permit Drawing related to the dry utility designs. Analyze available maps for each job (telco, gas, electric, water, R/W and sewer) to begin to recognize potential design conflicts. Frequently coordinate job assignments with other team members to complete jobs under time and cost constraints.

CAD Drafter II

A Cad Drafter II position requires a solid foundation of drafting skills required for dry utility design. A Cad Drafter II is able to complete the drafting portion of a job from start to finish (excluding fieldwork) with minimal or no supervision. They must be able to fully understand Research Record Documents, Permit Drawing standards and comprehend Bearings and Distances. Perform a variety of complex computations for traverse, record plats, boundary surveys, construction stakeouts, horizontal control, etc.
